Cruising Barcelona is run by a Dutch couple
Dirk and Mahrou.
Mahrou has a degree in Integrated Communication Management and worked as a consultant for a Dutch bank. Dirk studied at the Academy of Arts and started his own messenger company in 1996.
In 2004, they moved from their hometown Arnhem (the Netherlands) to Barcelona in search of adventure. Together they started Cruising Barcelona in spring 2005. They also run 'imensajeros' a bicycle messenger company in Barcelona.
